Refund policy

At Viva Ethnic, we do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Exchange is only applicable in case of:

* Damaged product
* Wrong product received
* Manufacturing defect
* Size issue (subject to availability)

Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery for exchange requests.

To be eligible:

* Product must be unused, unwashed, without perfume, and with original tags intact
* An unboxing video and clear photos are mandatory
* Exchange is subject to stock availability
* Shipping charges for exchange may be applicable

Sale items and customized products are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process

Once your request is approved:

* Our team will review the issue
* Eligible exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned product
* Replacement product will be shipped subject to stock availability

If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product may be offered at our discretion.
